USA: flat rate at $3.00 for orders under $10.00 and $4.50 for orders over $10.00 regardless of size and weight of the package. Faster shipping is also available during checkout at it's real-time shipping rate
International Shipping
Sorry, the flat rate shipping and Free Shipping is for shipping within the United States Only and is NOT currently available for international orders. HOWEVER, we offer first class international mail at a very low rate to most of the world. Postage can be calculated upon checkout. Rate will be provide during the checkout process after you enter your address information.
When will
my order be shipped?
Orders are usually
shipped within 24 hours from Pomona, California. Orders placed on Saturday
and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on National
Holidays will be processed on the following business days. Please make
sure the billing address you have provided matches the one that appears on your
credit card statement. ORDERS placed before 2pm (PST) will be shipped on the
same day. Otherwise they will be
processed on the following business day. Following is a table showing

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on real time UPS rates, and USPS rates for orders from other countries.
Currency.
Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
Customs,
Taxes, Duties, Paperwork. For countries that
impose its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. The buyer is
responsible for paying these taxes, duties, fees and any other assessments.
The buyer is also responsible for completing any paperwork required of his or
her government. Please do not ask us to provide false information on
invoices to reduce your tax bill!
Proof of
Identity. We reserve the right to ask for
additional evidence of the buyer's identity, if we deem such information to be
necessary. Please understand that we must impose this restriction because
of the very real problem of identity theft and fraudulent credit card purchases.
We also reserve the right to ask for payment via a wiring of funds of your
identify cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
Return Policy
Customers may return items
within 14 days from the date of delivery of of the merchandise for a refund.
Our shipping charge and your return shipping costs are not refundable.
However, we do have a few non-returnable items. These items should be
Marked as Final Sale in the item descriptions.
Restocking Fee
For Returns after 14 calendar
says of delivery a 10% restocking fee will be applied, for returns after
21 calendar days of delivery a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
There will be no returns after 30 calendar days. The purpose of
this fee is to cover the finance charges we incur when your order is initially
placed and then again when a cancellation is submitted to your credit card
company or to PayPal.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon
receipt and make sure that there are no damages due to transportation. If
you find any damages please contact us immediately via email
support@bhbeads.com or call us at (909)
868-1058. Damages reported after 36 Hours of receipts do not qualify for
returns.

Number, we will issue a RMA # as soon as we evaluate the order.

invoice and wrap the return items well in the original package

No returns or Exchanges available
Merchandise should be
insured against loss and returned in Original Condition.
No Exchanges
Sorry, no exchanges. If you
change your mind about something you have ordered, simply return the item in
accordance with our return policy for a refund, and then place a new order
for the preferred item.
Return of Discounted Items.
Any discount that
was applied to your transaction will be applied to your returned item(s).
For instance, if you paid $3.00 for an item, but also received a 10 percent
discount, you will be credited $2.70 (the real cost of the item to you, after
the discount).
