Shipping and Returns
When will my
order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within
24 hours from Pomona, California. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday
will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on National Holidays will
be processed on the following business days. Please make sure the billing
address you have provided matches the one that appears on your credit card
statement. ORDERS placed before 2pm (PST) will be shipped on the same day. Otherwise they will be
processed on the following business day. Following is a table showing

Customers

Shipping Charges. Shipping charges are based on real time UPS rates, and USPS rates
Currency. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
Customs,
Taxes, Duties, Paperwork. For countries that
impose its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. The buyer is
responsible for paying these taxes, duties, fees and any other assessments.
The buyer is also responsible for completing any paperwork required of his or
her government. Please do not ask us to provide false information on
invoices to reduce your tax bill!
Proof of
Identity. We reserve the right to ask for
additional evidence of the buyer's identity, if we deem such information to be
necessary. Please understand that we must impose this restriction because
of the very real problem of identity theft and fraudulent credit card purchases.
We also reserve the right to ask for payment via a wiring of funds of your
identify cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
Return Policy

Customers may return items
within 15 days from the date of delivery of the merchandise for a full refund
less shipping charge.

Returns made after 15 days will
be charged for a 15% restocking fee. The purpose of this fee is to
cover the finance charges we incur when your order is initially placed and
then again when a cancellation is submitted to your credit card company.

Shipping charge and your return shipping costs are not refundable.

We do have a few non-returnable items. These items should be
Marked as Final Sale in the item descriptions.
No returns after 30 calendar days.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon
receipt and make sure that there are no damages due to transportation. If
you find any damages please contact us immediately via email support@bhbeads.com or call us at (909)
868-1058. Damages reported after 36 Hours of receipts do not qualify for
returns.

Merchandise should be
insured against loss and returned in Original Condition.
No Exchanges
Sorry, no exchanges. If you
change your mind about something you have ordered, simply return the item in
accordance with our return policy for a refund, and then place a new order for the preferred item.
Return of Discounted
Items. We offer quantity discounts for orders in
excess of $100. Any discount that was applied to your transaction will be
applied to your returned item(s). For instance, if you paid $3.00 for an
item, but also received a 10 percent discount, you will be credited $2.70 (the
real cost of the item to you, after the discount).

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled if it
hasn't been sent out yet. For orders that has already been send out,
please go through the Return Procedures.

If you wish
to purchase via phone or have any question about ordering online or any of our
products, please call us at 909 868 1058.
Order by Fax
Please Fax
your order to 909 623 3799. On your order please include full product
name and Quantity along with your contact phone number and email. Once we
receive the order, we will call to confirm the order and ask for billing
information over the phone. When the order is shipped out a tracking number
will be emailed to the emailed address provided in the fax.
Order by Mail
Please send us either
cashier's check or money order to:
1980 W. Holt Ave.,
Pomona CA 91768. Please make check payable to BHbeads.
Along with the check, please include your name, phone number, shipping address,
and email address. The purpose of collecting these information is for
better serve you incase we are out of stock on the items you wish to purchase.
Upon the completion of your order, we will email you the tracking number for you
to track your packages.

All orders are subject to tax if the order is coming from a
California based company.
If you are interested in our products and decide to purchase
online, please first register an account with us. Once you are registered
please fax a copy of your Seller's Permit (in California) or Sales Tax License

Once we receive these information,
we will set your account to Tax-Free. Since our operations are based in
California, we must tax your order unless we receive these. Once we are
done with this process, we will email you a confirmation about your Tax-Free
